Returns & Refunds Policy – Taal Tattva
You are entitled to request a return or replacement within 5 days of receiving the product.
For any physical damage or defects upon delivery, you must report the issue within 1 day by emailing us at support@taaltattva.com.
Conditions for Returns & Replacements
To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure:
The request is made within 5 days of receiving the product.
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
The product is not damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Products that deteriorate quickly or have an expiry date.
Items that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health concerns.
Products that have been mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 working days using the original payment method.
No extra fees will be charged for the refund.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift, you will receive store credit for the returned amount.
If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
