Returns & Refunds Policy – Taal Tattva

You are entitled to request a return or replacement within 5 days of receiving the product.

For any physical damage or defects upon delivery, you must report the issue within 1 day by emailing us at support@taaltattva.com.

Conditions for Returns & Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure:

  • The request is made within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product is not damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Products that deteriorate quickly or have an expiry date.

  • Items that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health concerns.

  • Products that have been mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 working days using the original payment method.

  • No extra fees will be charged for the refund.

Gifts

  • If the product was marked as a gift, you will receive store credit for the returned amount.

  • If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
