1. Product Types

We offer:

• Costumes for Sale: Brand-new garments available for permanent ownership.

2. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
• A confirmation email with order details will be sent immediately after placement.
• Orders may be cancelled by Taal Tattva if payment fails, stock is unavailable, or delivery limitations apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using accepted online methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, etc.).

4. Delivery

• We offer nationwide shipping and 3-hour express delivery in Delhi NCR (on select products).
• Standard delivery timelines range from 2–6 business days depending on location.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Costume Condition

• All costumes sold are new, unused, and thoroughly inspected before dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds

Refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for eligibility:

• Products can be returned within 3 days of receipt if defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

7. Sizing & Customisation

• All sizes are standard unless customisation is requested at extra cost.
• Customers are advised to consult the size chart before placing an order.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

8. Intellectual Property

• All images, designs, and product content on taaltattva.com are the intellectual property of Taal Tattva Pvt. Ltd.
• Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
