2-Day Return Policy

At Taal Tattva, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our costumes. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—with a simple and transparent 2-Day Return Policy.

🕑 Return Window

You can return eligible products within 2 days of receiving your order.

Example:
If your order is delivered on 5th August, you can initiate a return anytime before the end of 7th August.

✅ Eligible Returns

You may return a product if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The costume is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
• The item does not match the description or images shown at the time of purchase.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Costumes that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
• Customised or made-to-order outfits.
• Items returned after the 2-day window.
• Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen differences.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at taaltattva@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
2. Include:
   • Your Order ID
   • Reason for return
   • Clear photos of the item (especially in case of defects/damage)
3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with the next steps.

📦 Return Pickup & Shipping

• In most cases, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
• In remote areas, you may be asked to self-ship the product, and we’ll reimburse standard courier charges upon receipt.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags and accessories (if any).

💸 Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
